  12. I have been running X for quite a while now with no problems. I used
  13. to start it with "startx" and it worked equally well for root as for
  14. users.
  15.  
  16. Now I decided to get xdm going but I seem to have a problem. 
  17. root access is fine, as before, but users don't work anymore, I get
  18. the following error message:

  20. Xlib:  connection to ":0.0" refused by server
  21. Xlib:  Client is not authorized to connect to Server
  22.  
  23. I had a look in the NetBSD-X faq, but couldn't find anything in there.
  24.  
  25. What are the most obvious things to look for?
